Proprietary Glaze Lab & Color Matching
Our in-house ceramic chemists translate Pantone swatches and designer moodboards into durable, food-grade matte, glossy, or organic reactive glazes.
For over three decades since 1993, ARTWAY Company Limited has provided specialized OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) solutions to premier global houseware brands, department store chains, e-commerce leaders, and hospitality procurement groups.
Operating entirely out of our owned 10,000 sqm plant in Samut Sakhon, Thailand, we handle the complete product lifecycle under one roof—eliminating third-party subcontracting risks. From custom plaster tooling and proprietary reactive glaze blending to high-temperature tunnel kiln firing (1250°C+), our technical team ensures batch-to-batch consistency and international quality compliance.

Built to serve demanding overseas buyers who require uncompromising structural integrity, safe glazes, and reliable export timelines.
Our in-house ceramic chemists translate Pantone swatches and designer moodboards into durable, food-grade matte, glossy, or organic reactive glazes.
Rapid conversion of 2D concept sketches or 3D CAD models into precision master plaster moulds within 15–25 working days.
We accommodate reasonable minimum order quantities for new custom moulds, allowing multiple shapes and glazes to be consolidated per shipping container.
All stoneware products undergo rigorous thermal shock, water absorption, dishwasher, and food safety (FDA, LFGB, EU lead/cadmium-free) testing.
A transparent engineering and manufacturing roadmap ensuring your custom designs transition seamlessly from blueprint to container loading.
Evaluation of 2D/3D CAD drawings, wall thickness, shrinkage ratios, and glaze specifications by our senior ceramic engineers.
Fabrication of plaster working moulds and creation of first-fired physical prototypes with target glazes in 15–25 working days.
Physical sample submission and archival of an approved "Golden Tile" master to maintain absolute glaze and dimensional fidelity.
Forming (casting/jiggering), glaze application, high-temperature firing, and AQL 2.5/4.0 visual and structural inspections.
Custom backstamps, barcode labeling, drop-test verified mail-order cartons, and FOB/CIF container dispatch from Bangkok ports.

Essential guidance for commercial buyers, importers, and brand owners considering custom ceramic contract production.
Under OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing), we build custom ceramic products strictly based on your 2D technical drawings, 3D CAD files, or physical reference samples. Under ODM (Original Design Manufacturing), you select base shapes from our developed library, and we customize glazes, surface textures, decal artwork, logos, and packaging to match your brand line.
For custom OEM shapes, our typical starting MOQ ranges between 1,000 to 2,000 pieces per shape depending on item size and complexity. For existing factory moulds with custom glazes, MOQs can be as flexible as 500 to 1,000 pieces per glaze finish, and multiple items can be mixed to fulfill full container loads (20GP / 40HQ).
Yes. All raw glaze materials used at ARTWAY are 100% lead-free and cadmium-free. Our finished products undergo periodic testing by accredited international laboratories (SGS, TUV, Bureau Veritas) to verify compliance with US FDA standards, California Proposition 65, and European Union food contact directives.
We respect design ownership and protect our clients' intellectual property. We routinely sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to receiving design files. Custom moulds created for your OEM project are exclusively archived for your production runs and are never offered to third-party buyers.
We routinely export under FOB Bangkok or Laem Chabang port, CIF, and EXW terms. Our export department handles all mandatory customs clearance paperwork, standard Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Form E or Certificate of Origin (CO) upon request.
Submit your product drawings, dimensions, target glazes, or estimated volumes. Our technical sales engineers respond with feasibility feedback and commercial quotes within 24 hours.
