Who We Are

A Thai Stoneware Factory Built on Three Decades of Craft

ARTWAY Company Limited was established in 1993 with registered capital of 30 million baht and has grown into a trusted manufacturer and exporter of stoneware and ceramic products. Everything we sell is made in our own 10,000 sqm facility in Samut Sakhon, Thailand — not traded from third-party workshops.

Our range covers bakeware, kitchenware, tableware, storage jars, bathroom accessories and decorative pieces, produced both as OEM programmes for international brands and as ARTWAY in-house designs. Because moulds, glaze laboratory, decoration and kilns sit under one roof, our team controls colour consistency, thermal shock resistance and dimensional tolerance at every stage.

A transparent five-stage workflow used on every ARTWAY OEM project, so buyers always know what happens next and when.

Step 01

Brief & Feasibility

Step 02

Mould & Prototype

Plaster model and case mould are produced in-house; first fired prototype in 15–25 working days.

Step 03

Glaze & Decoration

Dipping, spraying, reactive glazing, decals or hand painting — matched to an approved colour master tile.

Step 04

High Firing & QC

High-temperature stoneware firing, followed by dimensional, thermal shock and food-contact checks.

Step 05

Packing & Export

Retail-ready gift boxes or bulk master cartons, palletised and documented for FOB Bangkok / Laem Chabang.

Kiln Upgrade Raises Glaze Colour Consistency Across Batches

New firing curves and zone monitoring reduce tone variation between production batches — a common pain point for retailers reordering the same SKU season after season.

Buyer FAQ

Sourcing Questions, Answered Directly

The questions our export team receives most often from importers, retail buyers and hospitality procurement managers.

ARTWAY supports low MOQs compared with mass-volume factories. Typical OEM runs start from a few hundred pieces per shape and glaze, and existing shapes can be combined within one order to reach an economical container load. For brand-new moulds we discuss a realistic volume that keeps unit cost reasonable for both sides.

New mould development and first fired samples usually take 15–25 working days after artwork approval. Mass production normally requires 35–50 days depending on glaze complexity, decoration technique and order volume. Repeat orders on existing moulds are faster because tooling and colour masters are already archived.

Our high-fired stoneware bodies use lead-free and cadmium-free glazes formulated for food contact. Most bakeware and tableware lines are oven, microwave, dishwasher and freezer safe. Laboratory test reports for the destination market can be arranged per item before shipment.

Yes. We work from 2D drawings, 3D files or physical reference pieces, and we can add engraved or printed backstamps, custom decals, gift boxes, hang tags and barcode labels. Our team also advises on shape adjustments that improve yield and reduce freight cost per piece.

We ship regularly to importers, houseware brands, retail chains and hospitality groups in Europe, North America, Japan, Australia and the Middle East. Shipments leave from Bangkok and Laem Chabang ports under FOB, CIF or EXW terms.
